Do Nuclei spin

Have you ever noticed that nuclie of atoms never spin about the poles like the earth or like the wheels on a bike. People are aclimatized to seeing this spooky behaviour and I often find they are quite aggressive it you point out how unworldly it is. There are actually many other aspects in the equations that have me hovering between awe and just creeped out by reality. The agony of people continuing to explain (mansplain) things after you have pointed out a mistake make you cry then laugh.
