I do agree nothing makes one more unhappy than thinking about happiness. I absolutely love the idea of people having too short a rope for the depth of your well of ideas. The story of a sea bird not dying due not having its need met is nicely put. Listening to this philosophy brings to mind the laments of the modern day successful business man flitting around the globe rather than people back in 3 BC.
