I can think of no truer story from the heart than a heart operation, save may be two .. heart operations. I now sport a rocket valve rated to last 10 million (patient) years, and since I am the patient in question I will take just 10 million years. There is the Frankenstein elements and over all it is just really so very very good to be alive and podcasting and annoying people and working at the old rehab.
