Electron Configuration Quiz3

This is the first synthetic quiz in which I have really no known software bugs to look out for. The first couple of questions were recorded with the computer microphone and thus will sound a bit echoy. The topic of Electron Configuration itself is one at the fulcrum of the transition from classical to quantum education. I have had to make some calls on convention like the use of the terminology. Well still fighting me and found a few high level mistakes and low level ones two... but the future for this looks bright.
