It is really obvious from the body count of stalled ideas, and the culture of self assured KHN (Know How Not) Carl Sagan referred to it as the highly combustible mixture of ignorance and power that will blow our society apart. However there is a plan to restructure innovation along the lines of a fire base and triage and manage obstacles.
