I honestly think you are on much stronger ground if you have a working knowledge of any area, and that this assists in understanding what people are trying to say.
Remembering pronunciation and articulation is a real strain from a rehab perspective.
I expect to get expert feed back on this and it will be a real challenge to do that next round of programming to claw back the audio files and improve things.
