Practically what would it take to make a scale local stellar neighborhood? Or convert the side of a hill to a scale atmosphere taking people to outer-space? The answer is not much in theory but on the ground it is very tough assignment.
Here we start practical and then look a bit at the strategy. In my mind I pitch the concepts to Mark Greenhill the mayor of the Blue Mountains, in reality I will do far more work first.
