The Cupping Room

Ever had a coffee you had to construct with a syringe?

A coffee expert, Connor, came out to educate me about the use of carbon dioxide to steer the fermentation of the coffee been to give it a candy and raspberry tang. I was hooked.

This slotted in nicely with an social experience of knowledge and fitted with the my thinking at the time about the relationship between theories of literature as a template to understand an innovate theories of experienced science. This was definitely a privileged experience, and if you do venture to Australia this is definitely worth a visit to immerse yourself in actual cultural experimentation and innovation.
