New Scientist 15 Dec_Directions

This is a pleasant surprise as it is delightfully written. The shock comes right at the end for me as a Nobel prize has been awarded for the discovery of navigation grid cells in the brain. There are a few loose ends sprinkled through out the article such as why people with a better sense of smell are better navigators.
